The founder, Dewi Mariana, ST, MT, AIFSA, IAI was a graduate from Singapore Feng Shui Centre (GM Vincent Koh, Singapore), Fung Shui Lo (GM Raymond Lo, Hong Kong), Harmony Astrology of Chinese Metaphysics (Master Tony Tan, Singapore), and Master Mas International Feng Shui Academy (Master Mas, Bangkok). Her architecture background and Feng Shui knowledge which had broadened since 1999, was SEKAWAN PERMATA's backbone in running architecture and Feng Shui consultancy. Besides from being an architect and a consultant in SEKAWAN PERMATA, Dewi was also a lecturer in Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR), Architecture Department, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. Dewi is an Associate Member of International Feng Shui Association (entitled AIFSA) based in Singapore and she is also a member of Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia (IAI) as a professional member to be entitled IAI, received officially on January 2009, after being an associate member of IAI since 2006. She has just promoted to be the Secretary for IAI Jawa Barat chapter for year 2015 - 2018.
DR. Linda Kusuma Effendy, SE, MM acted as a business partner and also a consultant in SEKAWAN PERMATA. Her base is in Salatiga, Central Java, Indonesia. She was also a graduate from Singapore Feng Shui Centre (GM Vincent Koh, Singapore), Fung Shui Lo (GM Raymond Lo, Hong Kong) and Classic Feng Shui Mastery (GM Francis Leyau, Malacca) . She was a senior lecturer in Satya Wacana Christian University, Management Department, Salatiga. By her high ability in marketing, she was an eloquent speaker in talkshows, seminars and workshops so that Feng Shui knowledge could be spread out as a knowledge, a science, not a mystical thing. Until now, she wrote regular articles in Jawa Pos, a famous newspaper in Central Java.
Dewi and Linda together had written 2 Feng Shui books : "Air, Angin dan Napas Naga" series (Wind, Water, and Dragon's Breath) with Elex Media Komputindo as the publisher in Jakarta.

Dewi herself had also written 3 books for Feng Shui serial which had been published one by one in 3 months starting October 2008 by Elex Media Komputindo publisher, Jakarta, titled :
"Contemporary Feng Shui Perspectives" (Perspektif Feng Shui Kontemporer)
Book 1 : for Wealth (untuk Kemakmuran)
Book 2 : for Health (untuk Kesehatan)
Book 3 : for Relationships (untuk Keharmonisan)
Her latest book was published on February 2010, titled : "Feng Shui Inspiration for Shophouse, Officehouse and Apartment" (Inspirasi Feng Shui untuk Ruko, Rukan dan Apartemen)
All books were in stores, mainly in Gramedia bookstores.
Projects had been done in several cities of Indonesia, i.e. Bandung, Jakarta, Tangerang, Semarang, Surakarta (Solo), Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Bogor, Salatiga, Serang, Cianjur, Lampung, and Batam, also in some foreign countries, i.e. Thailand (Bangkok), Singapore, and Hong Kong.
